Meet Emily V.

Emily had been struggling with her weight for most of her life. She tried every diet you can think of, including Weight Watchers, low-carb diets, and everything in between. The results were always the same: she would lose the weight and then gain it right back.  She was ready to give up on her quest for a lean and healthy body.

The Turning Point

I met Emily at an event by chance. She had a booth right next to mine, and we started talking. She shared her story of lifelong weight struggles and how she had pretty much given up. She had accepted that she would live the rest of her life as an overweight person.
