How much time investment is required to get in shape with your coaching program?

The time investment required to lose weight and get in shape with our coaching program is quite manageable. Initially, you'll need to spend around 1 to 2 hours per week to start developing new habits. This can vary depending on your personal situation. However, once these habits are established, they won't require extra time out of your day. In fact, they might even help free up some of your time!

What makes you so certain that I will be able to keep the weight off after losing it with your approach?

The reason most people end up regaining the weight is because they can’t keep up with whatever they did to lose the weight. Because with my approach you will be losing the weight through permanent changes in your habitual behaviors, there is no effort required to keep up with the new behaviors because they would be habitual, and thus keeping the weight off would be effortless.
