Do I have to sign any contracts?

Our personal training services come with no contracts.  Basically you only pay for the sessions you schedule week by week.  Our online coaching program there is a monthly membership fee which you can cancel at any time.

Do I need to give up any food groups?

Many diets ask you to give up whole food groups.  We are not one of those diets.  We believe that you body can tolerate some bad foods as long as you don't over consume them.  Besides, when you learn to eat the right way, you body will be better able to deal with some bad food choices.  With our 3D Nutritional Coaching program, we will not just teach you about what to eat but also how to eat.  How you eat is as important as what you eat.

How much time do I need to devote to exercising?

It varies from person to person depending on their lifestyle.  If you have a sitting job you might need to exercise a little more than if you had a more active job.  However, you still will not need to exercise that much to get results.  Most of our clients do 2 sessions per week with us and some walking on their own and I mean walking not running.  I have clients that only come to us once per week and do one simple workout on their own, plus some walking and they see great results.  The bottom line is that you don't need to exercise that much to see results.  You can spend as little as 1 hour total per week exercising and get results.

Are there a membership fee?

We do not charge a membership for our facility, you only need to pay for the personal training sessions you schedule.  There is a monthly membership fee for our online coaching program.

How fast should I expect to lose weight?

They are many factors that effect how soon and how fast you will lose weight.  Some people start to lose weight after we help them change one eating habit and others need to change 3 or 4 habits before they start to lose weight.  However, everyone loses weight, the only question is how many habits they need to change before they start losing weight. 

Once you start losing weight you can expect to be losing between half a pound per week to 2 pounds per week.  I have clients that have lost weight faster and I have clients who have lost weight slower but that is the average.

Does your program work with very busy people?

My program is perfect for busy people because it requires very little time.  Also our nutritional program does not involve counting calories, points of measuring your food.  We have a much better way to get you to eat the right amount of food without any counting or measuring.
