Hi, my name is Stavros Mastrogiannis, and I am the owner and head coach at Live Your Way Thin and the creator of the Simple Way To Vibrant Health system. At Live Your Way Thin, we don’t approach weight loss and fitness that same way as all other weight-loss experts and for a good reason. The fact is, with the current methods of weight loss, around 95% of people who lose weight add up regaining the weight back. It’s pretty apparent that when it comes to sustainable weight loss, the current approaches are not working. I did not get into the weight loss industry to help people lose weight temporarily, and that is why I took a very different approach.
My upbringing gave me a very different perspective on how sustainable and healthy weight loss can be achieved. I was raised in Greece on an island. When I lived there, thin was the norm; people routinely lived past 90’s and 100s without having to take any medication, and horrible diseases like cancer, Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s were rare or none existent.
What is interesting is that nobody worried about their weight or health and yet very few people had a problem with their weight and health. WHY?
The reason was that all the healthy behaviors that kept us in shape were habitual. In other words, no conscious effort was required to engage in them. This is how we were able to maintain our good health WITHOUT worrying about our diet or activities constantly. It was like our fitness program was on autopilot.
If you look at other healthy regions around the world you will find the same thing. All the healthy behaviors that keeps them in shape are habitual behaviors. They don’t have to think to engage in those behaviors.
Now, if you look at the current methods of weight loss, they all have one thing in common. They all rely on conscious effort. In other words, people need to consciously motivate themselves and use willpower to engage in all the healthy behaviors that will help them lose weight and improve their health.
The problem with motivation and willpower is that they don’t last forever. This is why you see so many people continually starting and stopping their exercise and diet programs, and so few people can maintain any results.
Relying on motivation and willpower is only part of the reason why most diet and weight loss programs fail to help people achieve sustainable weight loss.

How Our Approach Works
You choose how many private sessions you would like to do with us at our private facility. ( You must do at least 2 sessions per month to start. Most people start with 2 sessions per week and as they develop all the right habits they cut down on the number of sessions they do with us and they do more on their own) Cost per session is between $50 and $60.
You have access to our App, were we upload all the exercises we want you to do on your own and any eating habit you are working on. The app gives you access to your coach 24/7. Cost for the app is only $47 per month.
