What is the cost of joining?
We offer a variety of ways you can join our unique system, so no matter your budget, chances are you can afford at least one of our services.
If you join our personal training services, the cost will be between $30 to $60 per session depending on the type of session you sign up for and how many sessions you do per week, plus $25 per month if you need help with nutrition.
If you do our regular coaching the cost is only $95 per month and if you do our online coaching program the coast for the first 3 months is $87 per month and after that only $19 per month for as long as you need our services.
Yes, there is a cost of hiring someone like us to help you get in shape, but you must keep in mind, there is also a cost of not getting in shape, and in my experience, the cost of being out of shape is a lot higher than any cost of getting in shape. Plus, most of the cost of getting in shape is temporary, whereas the cost of being out of shape is permanent and gets worse every year.

(There are literally hundreds of healthy habits that could have a positive impact on your weight and health, some more than others. In my 25 years in the weight loss field, I have identified 8 healthy habits that would have the biggest impact on your health and weight and I consider them essential for best health and maximum weight loss.)
STEP 3: We identify any negative beliefs that you have that could prevent you from eliminating any of your unhealthy habits or developing any of the healthy ones. (When it comes to sustainable weight loss, eliminating your negative beliefs is essential. Most weight loss programs don’t do this, and that is one of the main reasons why 95% of people who lose weight end up regaining the weight back)
STEP 4: We provide you with a clear plan of action that takes into consideration your current lifestyle, likes and dislikes, and of course your motivational level.
